How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your payment clears, your item(s) will ship out within 2 working days.

Depend on what kind of product you order; we have several shipping methods to meet your need:

Domestic orders

All tea orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail

- Delivers within 2 to 3 working days

Book & Magazine are shipped via United States Postal Service Media Mail

- Delivers within 2 to 9 working days

International orders

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail

- Delivers within 10 to 14 working days

Special Order

All special orders are shipped via Taiwan Postal Service EMS

- Delivers within 6 to 12 working days

All tea product includes special order will be sent out by box
